Check-in
Your apartment is available from 3 pm for Check in.
Once you have checked in online and payment has been made, you will receive your keys on your mobile phone, without the need to collect any physical keys.
You will receive the email with the keys at around 12:00 on the day of arrival and the keys will then work from 3pm.

Arriving early? On the day of arrival, you can ask send us a message to ask if the apartment is available earlier. This depends on the checkout time of the previous guests and the time our housekeeping staff needs to clean the apartment.
Do you want to leave your luggage? This is possible (paid) at the nearby Den Haag HS train station.
Prefer a key? Ask our reception staff. The key tags look like hotel keys but are not; they are keys that cannot be easily copied. Therefore, we must charge €30 in case of a lost key. We usually provide one key per apartment.
The key on your mobile phone is a convenient alternative and cannot be lost.

- Arriving late? You can always check in online and arrive anytime you like. We will send the keys by email after payment of the apartment, deposit, and uploading of an ID proof.
