Smoking is strictly prohibited in apartments and in the common areas.

 

Smoking is only allowed outside the building.

 

The penalty for smoking is € 1.500, because the Fire Brigade will have to reset the alarms for the entire building. Setting off a smoke detector may result in the building having to be evacuated.
